Julie and Adam met in New Orleans in 2008 on the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project with Habitat for Humanity.

Julie was immediately smitten with Adam, whom she called her “Habitat Boyfriend.”

They met because of Hurricane Katrina, and they started dating later that year,

when Hurricane Gustav sent Adam evacuating East to Atlanta….

And he hasn’t let Julie be ever since.

We are so excited to celebrate with you, our friends & family,
not only the journey we’ve had together so far, but the journey we are about to take, committing ourselves to each other forever!
